Our approach rests on the fact that what we eat plays a major role in our overall physical and mental well-being. Eating a diet appropriate for your body’s needs can reduce or eliminate existing health conditions, as well as prevent certain problems from arising in the first place (e.g. genetic predispositions). We also view emotional health as intrinsically connected with physical health. The foods we eat have a significant effect on mood and energy level, so we look at non-physiological issues, as well.
